Marvel Collector Corps - Secret Wars Box Review

Hello everyone,

August saw the next Marvel Collector Corps box release, which was themed to the Secret Wars. I have only just now got chance to review it, so apologies for the slight delay.

Let's jump right in and unbox!

The outside of the box:

The pin and the patch under the first flap:

The pin this month features War Machine, and the patch has Falcon on it. As I said in my previous review, we are pin collectors and so the pin is a good thing for us to get. The patches look neat, but I am not sure what we will do with all the ones we keep receiving. Patches seem to have less of a draw than a pin, for us at least.

The contents of the box under the pin and patch flap:

The Marvel Collector Corps always seem to put a lot of effort into the boxes, and you always seem to get a lot of cool stuff. This month there were two Collector Corps exclusive bobblehead Pop Vinyl figures, a t-shirt, and a comic (as well as the aforementioned pin and patch).

As with the previous box, the comic is the same issue as you can find in comic book stores, but the cover is an exclusive one for the Collector Corps. This month it features the female Thor in Pop Vinyl form, which I thought was funny.

The Pop Vinyls themselves this month were of female Thor and the Miles Morales Spider-Man. As I said above, these are Collector Corps exclusives, which is nice.

The t-shirt collects all four of the characters together that feature on the other items in the box (Falcon, War Machine, Thor and Spider-Man) and puts them in Pop Vinyl form with the Secret Wars logo.

I would give this box five out of five. Once again, the Marvel Collector Corps box has proven that it is good value for money and contains an excellent mix of exclusive and worthwhile items.

Have a great weekend everyone,

Dan.
