Massachusetts Photo Report, May 2017

Hello everyone,

A while back I shared with you some photos from our trip to New England that covered Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. I also posted a report from my visit to the museum in Springfield, MA, to see the TMNT exhibit there, and a separate report on a fun Boston Tea Party that we had in Boston. Unfortunately, I never got around to finishing the final part which was supposed to cover the rest of Massachusetts. Well, today I had time to finish this series of reports - better late than never, right?!

Since it was a while back, and it isn't as if nobody has ever been to Massachusetts before, I will just share my photos of the places we visited, without much commentary. I just wanted to be able to share my pictures at least, so that you could get a view of some of the great state of Massachusetts through different eyes. A fresh perspective can often prove to be interesting.

Let's start with Boston. In Boston we visited the harbor, the common, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and much more. You can read about the fun Boston Tea Party we had on the harbour, here in this separate report.

Next up we have Cambridge, where really we just had breakfast - but a decent breakfast it was, at that.

Northampton is the place where the TMNT were founded, and is home to the original Mirage Studios. You can read more about that in my TMNT museum report, here.

The next destination is Salem. Not so many witches as I had expected, and a lot more commercial, sadly. The random rocks and grass area are supposedly where witches were hung.

Finally, Springfield is where we visited the aforementioned museum. There was a really cool Dr Seuss memorial statue there, since Dr Seuss was from Springfield, MA.

That's everything for this report. If you have any comments or questions you can leave them in the Disqus section, below.

Have a great day everyone,

Dan.
